If the update is available it will show JRT. The best way to do it provided you have enabled automatic wifi updates is to place the car in range of your wifi and turn the ignition on (no need to start engine) and then tap the automatic wifi updates section after tapping 'general' and then tap 'scan for updates' and await the result. It will not update overnight by wifi with the engine off.
